Shared condo space is a selling point

METRO NEWS – Toronto developers have an interest in bringing high-quality retailers and services to their condominiums, aimed at enhancing the lives of both the residents and the people who visit the area. Take for example, how the West Don Lands is fast becoming a new destination for shopping and tourism as the Canary District condos have signed on four new retailers. This brings the total to 11 retailers that will be initially opening on the reconfigured extension of Front St., a meandering, grand boulevard with two lanes of traffic, one lane of parking and two lanes of linear park, about as wide as Spadina is now.
