TORONTO, November 26, 2013 – 90s spot shows a team of workers dismantle the gigantic trusses at the site of The FIVE condominium project in November. Piece-by-piece, they disassembled the structures that served to retain the four-storey, gothic revival, brick façade along St. Joseph St. The new development at Yonge Street and St. Joseph is heavy on the conservation and promises to transform this forgotten corner into a renewed urban zone.

So just how big is this project? Graywood Developments Chief Operating Officer, Stephen Price says it’s one of the largest, in-place historic building façade restoration projects that has been undertaken in the country.
